My name is christina smith and have had a history of mental illness but is under control at this present time. I am paying high premiums right now, but would like to find a company with lower premiums if possible.

Depends on severity of mental illness & whether or not you have ever been hospitalized. Controlled bi-polar disorder and moderate depression with strict compliance to Doctor's instructions are insurable conditions at standard rates.
