Can I get a relative to relinquish a life insurance policy he has on my life? I have found out that he suppplied a friends wife with a fatal overdose of pure heroin and I am worried.

It sounds like he is the policyowner, which means the decision to cancel the policy is his' and his' alone.
I'd ask him to drop it (you may offer to recoup him if he has been paying the premiums)....if he doesn't, and you are scared, MOVE!
